Processing Rules are not getting displayed

The processing rules are not getting displayed in the TN. Even if create a new processing rule, it is not showing up. I checked with the database and it is fine. It contains all the rules that i have created. Kindly help me out.


check whether the rules are enabled or not .Click on the rule and on the above taskbar check the enable and disable buttons .I think by default the rules,profiles etc will be disabled.So you need to manually enable them


Is your TN61?? If yes you need to remove TNCSP1 from the TNC updates folder…


can you try to run this service - and check?
Reloads the processing rules from the database.

Check if a view filter is active in TNC.
