You must set the Outbound SSL Certificates in IS properly.
-server certificate
-signer’s certificate as CA.

I set properties, but a have no ideia about trusted directory. I have de server cert., private key and CA. What more I need ?

Please make sure that you have/trust all the certificates in the chain/path for both your client and the SSL server that you are trying to connect.
