Polling Notification not listed (shows error)

I just did an upgrade from webMethods 8.0 to 9.12
From the Integration Server web page, when I go to Adapters > webMethods Adapter for JDBC > Polling Notification, it displays this error:
[ART.116.3020] Adapter Runtime (Notification): Unable to get list of notification types supported by node JDBCAdapter. java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: [SoftwareAG][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-00942: Table or View does not exist

I have checked my JDBC pools and confirmed they are correct. My Connections are also ok and are properly displayed.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what is wrong with it?

Hi Jack,

was there an upgarde of the JDBC Adapter, too?

If yes you have to migrate the adapter services as well.

If yes, from which version of JDBC Adapter was it migrated to which new version?
