New user with first JDBD Error posting


My name is Rajni Patel and I am an infrastructure engineer responsible for deploying and maintaining webMethods installation on site and for providing standards and technical support.

I currently have a error being reported when I attempt t o cange the status of the notifications in JDBC Adapter. The error I am getting is as shown below:

[SIZE=2] [ART.114.704] Adapter Runtime: Internal Error-assert failed - node: Notification:NewReceivedMessages, Contact technical support. null

I’ve reloaded all packages relating to the JDBC adapter with no joy and I can’t find the above error code in the Advantage website. The error message state to contact Tech Support which I will do, but if any of you seen this before would appriciate your take on this.
