Packages are not enabling due to circular dependancy issue

Hi All,

our environment is webMethods 6.5 and JRE is 1.5 version, recently we upgraded our JRE from 1.4 to 1.5, from then we are facing an issue that is while enabling the packages getting the message respective dependent package need to reload, like wM default pacakges, WMART, WMJDBC, WMSAP packages.

can someone suggest what could be the issue.
