Oracle apps and MQ adapter doen't work in Wm6.5 after installation

I installed Wm6.5 ,with Oracle apps and MQ adapter package.
The packages are enabled but Oracle apps and MQ Adapter are not
getting explored in internet Explorer like JDBC and Sieble Adapter.
Does any one knows the reason?
