Oracle Apps Adapter6.0 on WM7.1.2 doesn't show on the admin page within the Adapters

Hi,

I have installed WM7.1.2 on Linux ES5 and Oracle Apps Adapter 6.0.
This adapter doesn’t show within the list of Adapters on the IS admin page. I also installed te same versions on Windows to check whether the issue is with the OS but I see the same issue within Windows. I applied Fix1 latter but no help. I checked the server logs and there is no sign of error loading all the packages related to OAAdapter.
I also copied the driver to code/jars folder. Also configured the Adapter poll but no luck.

All other packages show up on the admin page.

I appreciate if someone can provide the solution.

I installed the Oracle107SC Common Package and enabled it and than restarted the IS resolved the issue.
