Optimize Analytical Engine Not Getting Started!!!!!

Hi,

When i try to start the Optimize Analytical Engine in webMethods 8.2 version i am getting the following error message:

Attached the log file & screenshot of the error message for your reference. Please help me in resolving this error ASAP, i am not able to ‘DEPLOY ALL’ in MWS may be due to this issue… many thanks in advance.

Is there anyone already solved this? I experienced this after upgrading all wM products. Looks like one of their bean (using spring) is missing throughout spring config.

Hi Syed,

There could be a couple of reasons for this error, please go through below one, implement and let us know what’s your observations:

  1. There is a possibility that webm-cache-config.xml file got corrupted. If you have another working environment, try replacing this file in /optimize/analysis/conf/Caching/… Before placing this file, shutdown AE, replace this file, and start AE…

  2. Another possibility is, rules might have got corrupted as the error is as follows "Error creating bean with name ‘ruleInstanceStubLoader’ ".

Try replacing core.spring.xml file from backup if first point doesn’t help

Solved by reinstalling Optimize Analytic Engine… :frowning: Hope someone would post alternative solution beside re-installing… :cry:

You would have tried options specified by me before re-installation but anyways good to hear that issue is been resolved.
