No Session ID Given cannot release locked connection

we can not invoke a service that execute a trigger.
in SAP transaction, we see the status of the transactions is Commited and Confirmed.
But, when we look at in database, we cannot find it.
below, some error we get from our log.

how do we solve the problems??

we have two machine
one machine, no errors come…
and till now, it’s still fine.

but, after we migrate our machine to a new machine
the problem happen

any one of you can help us??
