Many of you have requested an easier means to submit diagnostic information for your Support Incidents to us, particularly for larger files. We heard you and have built a new simple upload form on Empower to enable you to quickly do that. You can now submit larger files of up to 100 MB directly to your Support Incidents without having to use FTP options. Simply select one of your company’s open Incidents, select a file, and hit “Upload File to Incident”. That’s it!
- Files up to 10 MB can continue to be submitted via eService or email
- Files up to 100 MB can now be uploaded via this new upload form
- Files >100 MB can continue to be submitted via FTP, SFTP / FTPS
