We are pleased to announce the following recent enhancements to attachment handling in Empower:
Attachments can now be submitted at Incident creation time directly on the new Incident form in eService.
The attachment size limit in eService has been increased to 150 MB.
To submit attachments >150 MB, please follow the FTP instructions on the Empower Diagnostic Info page: https://empower.softwareag.com/GeneralSupportInfo/DiagnosticInformation/
When you submit an attachment in eService, you can now monitor the progress of your upload with a new progress indicator, showing the percent complete and estimated completion time.
