NDV Error: PAL Error, RC:-18, ErrClass:0, Reason:0

What manual would I find these errors in?

I don’t think PAL messages are documented, as they are for internal errors.

My understanding is that the link to NDV has been removed from ONE’s Community Edition to keep you from using it in a production development environment. You will need the full version to use a Development Server (NDV).

When do you see the error? When bringing up NDV? When mapping to it?
