There are two or three “places” to look.
First (and second), look at the settings for your terminal emulator and/or TP package. It may be that Natural is only receiving caps and no small letters. Hence, this would not be a Natural problem, and there would be no Natural solution.
Third, in Natural itself there is a parameter, LC that should be checked. This parameter can be “toggled” during a terminal session by using the commands %L and %U.

And check for (AD=T): this will translate input into upper case before it is transferred to your program.
