If the “Natural object code” needs to be interpreted to execute, why can we not download Natural object to a Windows platform and execute it there without any recompiles ?
Note: Any Natural application on the Mainframe environment will be instantaneously availably on the distributed platform. No recompiles at all !!

Then you fer sure are not using Natural Optimizer Compiler!
compiled Natural code on mainframes runs on all supported mainframe platforms.
compiled Natural 5 (and higher) code on Unix, Linux and WIndows runs on all supported Unix, Linux and Windows platforms regardless of word size (32 bit or 64 bit), byte order, operating system, etc.
