Hi,
Has anyone seen AND solved this issue when running Developer 4.6 on Linux? It’s a fairly fine grained issue which a number of people have reported, for various Java app.s, but I’ve yet to find a resolution for it:
[nickf@localhost bin]$ sudo ./integrator.sh
java.lang.NumberFormatException: multiple points
at java.lang.FloatingDecimal.readJavaFormatString(FloatingDecimal.java:1073)
at java.lang.Float.valueOf(Float.java:187)
…
The result is the Developer splash screen appears, along with a few more stack traces, but nothing further happens.
This problem has also been posted in other forms:

Someone at advantage.webmethods.com has even reported the same issue; without a reply.
I’m encountering this problem when using Fedora Core 1. Others in my workplace, using different distributions, do not encounter this problem and run Developer successfully.
Cheers,
