Missing TN transaction log for this

Hi,
We’ve got a flow on TN server which sets up an XML and then uses routeXML.

Processing rule is set to use ‘Preferred Protocol’. Partner is set to use Primary FTP. It all works, the XML DOES get delivered!

However, in TN Console or TNWeb, we cannot see the transaction analysis log! Its missing! Any clues why?

Check your document type options and rules pre-processing settings to confirm that the document content/attributes/activity log are to be saved.

Thanks Rob, I had forgotten that I turned off ‘Save Document’ option in DocType definition.
