Max number of users exceeded

We are getting the following error message (occasionally).

Maximum number of users exceeded. Please re-visit the page later

Is there a parameter somewhere that limits the maximum number of concurrent users? I looked in the usual places that I could think of, but could not see anything that limits the max users.

Hi Demos,

This is not a bug. This is a license check warning.
The system is running with a “seat” license and the allowed number of remote clients accessing this installation is exceeded.
