I am looking for use-cases to integrate the Software AG suite with an Alerting/Notification solution called OpsGenie. I have already worked out the pub.client:http portion of the solution needed to create Alerts from wMIS into OpsGenie that would ultimately initiate a voice call, send an SMS, or notify someone via a mobile application, whenever something of interest occurs in the platform (SLA violations, Errors, etc.). However, it has been many years since I’ve been hands on with Software AG’s product suite. Therefore, I am looking to see if I can engage in some conversations/collaboration with the community regarding real-world use-cases where this type of notification would be beneficial.
