How would I notify the RPC server?

We are running batch RPC servers on Z/OS and Natural 3.1 on the mainframe. Our web enabled apps are utilizing NWWCGI on Windows 2000 with APACHE 2.

If I make changes to the mainframe sub programs, the latest changes are not reflected until the RPC server is restarted. Is there a way to avoid this?

We are working with our Data Center to configure a Global buffer pool: however, I am curious of the process when only using the local buffer pool.

You can use USR0340N / USR0341N, triggered by a RPC, to delete updated objects so that they get refreshed in the bufferpool.
