Quisiera saber cual es la configuración óptima del fichero ECLIPSE.INI, necesario para ejecutar NaturalONE con eclipse.

are you having issues with starting Eclipse? Or the performance of it?

I use Eclipse extensively and have yet to fiddle with the eclipse.ini.
