Java service error after moving code from One server to another..

Hi All,
I copied java service from one server to another server.
while running java service i am getting this error.
com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [ISS.0026.9102] Service is not operational. To run this service, first recompile the Java source
How to recompile the java source.
