java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: unable to creat

Hi,
We are getting this error "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: unable to create new native thread ". In order to overcome this type of error restart of IS is the only option? and can please anyone will tell me why this error occurs.

Can you tell what are you invoking to get this error?

Also did you try to increase the thread pool in the resources setting?
