Is there an utility for getting the MAX,MIN,AVG record size on Mainframe?
there is an utility ADAFIN On Unix or Windows, but I don’t know the regarding utility on Mainframe.

No, unfortunately there is no equivalent to ADAFIN on the mainframe.

And how can I get the Maximum,Minimum,Average record size of a DB-file on Mainframe?
I want to get the compressed length of actual data per record.
