Is it possible to use SHA-2 with EDIINT?
per the spec of AS2:
https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4130.txt
only SHA-1 & MD5 are supported

Yes I am aware of the RFC. Most other EDIINT vendors support SHA-2 and have been doing for a while now despite this not being in the specification. The reason is simple because of vulnerabilities in SHA-1, this cipher has been phased out of most other software i.e. browsers…
If both trading partners agree on doing things differently than the standard, that’s fine.
You may want to open a ticket with SAG. phasing out SHA-1 is inevitable
With EDI_8.2.1_WmEDIINT_Fix6 EDIINT will support SHA-2.
Yes this is the latest fix support.
