When IS is a http client,
Both ‘watt.net.timeout’ and
‘Settings > Resources->Outbound HTTP Settings Timeout’ in wM Admin page
Specifies the number of seconds the server waits for an HTTP request to be fulfilled before the request times out. If I have different numbers for these parameters what parameter takes the priority?
