Will Integration Server 10.3 with JDBC Adapter Version 10.3 support PostgreSQL ?

Additional Source to check for is the Adapters System Requirements Guide, which lists the dependencies for all adapters.

I got the details for PostgreSQL Configuration.

Advanced Server JDBC Connector (postgresql-42.2.2.jar)

For NO_TRANSACTION and LOCAL_TRANSACTION:
org.postgresql.ds.PGSimpleDataSource
