I would like to define some dimensions and KPIs but i don’t know exactly what’s the “internal name” means. In optimize_for_infrastructure_7_1.pdf, i’ve seen that optimize uses the internal name but don’t understand how.

While creating a KPI for business data or system data, under internal name you need to map it to the event map already esxiting in system where you want to use this KPI dimension, else event map does not exist you can create a new internal name.
