Interactive Interface missing response

Hi all, while Tamino Interactive Interface (v4.2.1.1) was executing an xquery update, after very long time, a white page was shown in the window response, as if it had lost the connection. What’s happened? It depends on Session_timeout? I know only that my Tamino was alive and performed a rollback. Someone have any suggestion? Thanks in advance, Pam
