server startup time depends on the number of packages(and their sizes of course) and your min/max heap values and number of cores. I assume you installed on to the same server so number of cores shouldn’t affect startup time. For start, you can set your min and max heap sizes to same values and you can disable the packages you don’t need. You can check the links below for performance tuning.

I checked your server.log file. You have monitor db connection not set properly and possibly you didn’t create the necessary tables or didn’t connect them properly. Most of them are easy to fix but there are lots of problems. I recommend searching those error messages directly in empower and applying the solution, and ask for help if that solution doesn’t fix or you can’t apply it for some reason. You should clean the error messages as much as you can and then ask for help afterwards if you can’t fix it yourself.
