Hello,
When installing fixes in version 9.12, I get the error below, even though I selected all available fixes when creating the image.
Error: The fixes listed below might be applicable for this installation but do not exist on the image.

Created the fixImg using this SUM on Windows for later use on Linux:
Software AG Update Manager Bootstrapper to install Update Manager 10 for October 2017 through April 2019 product releases (Apama and webMethods 10.1 through 10.3, Terracotta BigMemory Max 4.3.4 through 4.3.6, Adabas and Natural)
Installing the fix with SUM 9.8 inside the linux server
Hi Matheus,
do you have an Extended Maintenance Agreement active for 9.12?
Without an active Extended Maintenance Agreement not all Fixes are visible for download.
Especially those, which have been published after the regular support has ended.
You can try the fix installation without the wMFix.OSGI.Platform_9.12.0.0011-0584 being selected.
This fix is not mandatory for the migration.
Regards,
Holger

Instead of creating an image for all the products, you should create an image for your installed products. You can do it on your dev or test environment. You don’t need to worry about the lower level fixes since the fixes are cumulative. You can install update manager if you don’t have it installed. If you have products installed on different servers, you should create separate fix images unless you have them all installed in the same machine somewhere (like dev environment).
Keep in mind though, in version 9.X you can’t update JVM because those versions install update manager in to the same directory as SUM and SUM uses the same JVM to lunch itself. A workaround for this is to change the JVM of SUM or install it in a different directory. You can create a copy of the JVM and update SUM configuration to use it instead.
