The installer keeps throwing the following error when it’s doing the extracting process.
platform windows vista x86 not supported by installer
I searched Advantage but couldn’t find anything.
Any ideas?

actually I would say that this is a installer problem. It needs webMethods company to provide both qualified installer and webMethods product suit on vista.

It looks like Installer 8.0 supports Vista (see the Installer 8.0 Readme** and search for “1-1NPREQ”). Most of the core products also support x86, Intel 64 and AMD64 platforms according to the System Requirements for 7.x documentation**.
