Installation/Extraction Error

We are attempting to run an extract on a Mainframe Installation of Natural Engineer 6.2.1.5 but get an error :

  • CEEEXT-N Cannot read control record for BRACWEB
    CEE processor response code= 9

This error occurs both in batch and online to batch. Has anyone come across this error before, and if so how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the LFILE setting in Batch does not match the LFILE setting when you created the application.
Check that LFILE 96 is pointing to the correct NEE repository file in the Batch settings.

This looks like it needs to go to support - but check the setting of the DATSIZE. Should be set to 512
Other than that support will ask for the .EEX file (work file 4) and all messages from the JCL job submitted.
