I am trying to install WM 8.2 in windows-8 operating system , Designer and developer is install successfully but cant able to install Broker i have valid licence key its working in windows -7 same not working windows-8 how to fix the this issues can some one help out… 
This is really some thing strange. Even i am not sure why IS is gettting installed but broker cannot be installed(it works as per OS mentioned in license)
Since you have windows 7 license for broker(it’s windows 7 professional only) it can be installed. SAG is not supporting windows 8 installtions for 8.2.2

What is the error you get while installing the broker. Can you share the information here to suggest you further.
