I am having issues with some select customers changing user settings in IE.
When the customer enters the user settings popup the entire session freezes.
I have only seen this behaviour in IE (specific version unknown)
Is there any work arounds or solutions to my problem?

workaround is to use other browsers 
Chrome is always recommended one.
