How to update the excel file inside the tamino database

Hi,

I am new to tamino.I need help…

I am having lot of “excel” files in the tamino database .I need to update all those excel files with one extra field or column how to do it from externally for all the excel files. I think so it needs a java pgm.but i dont the query to update nonxml document from outside the database.

Plz help me…

I do not think it is possible to do what you are asking.

You would need to change the Excel files externally from the DB and then update the particular file within the DB.
