How to set permissions for trace and step action

Does anyone know if it’s possible to prevent developer from executing the trace or step button in Developer?

The services(one being wm.server.flow:stepFlow) that are used while stepping or tracing
are in folder wm.server.flow.

You may be able to set ACLs on some of those services to restrict some Developer functions.

This is not a supported option, so use it at your own risk.
