How to get ,process and deliver the XML stream

Here is the scenario:
1.we use JDEdwards oneworld adpater.We update fulfillment application using this adpater
2.We need to get an XML from e*ful
3.We need deliver the XML to another application.

Please let me know the steps involved in developing this integration.
