I’m having a problem reading emails recieved into an inbox which is being watched by one of my ports, the service I’ve set up converts the XML in the email body into a file and saves it to the server. I send an email and nothing happens, I don’t see the service start in the audit log nor do any files appear in my folder. But the email does disppear from the inbox (which I’ve set in the port setting to delete all messages once processed).
Can anyone help me to debug through this problem? It was working fine on another email address but my client wants to move the service inhouse so they’ve switched it to an address in their domain. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
