i am using wm7.1 version in windows operating system,i would like to start mywebmethods server 7.1.1 can any one help me to start mywebmethods server 7.1.1 using oracle 9i,tell me the steps to start the server.

C:\webMethods7.1.1\MWS\bin\mws new -Dserver.name=test -Dhttp.port=8585 -Ddb.type=oracle -Ddb.url=jdbc:wm:oracle://localhost:1521;serviceName=Anil -Ddb.username=scott -Ddb.password=tiger new instance folder with name test has been created
C:\webMethods7.1.1\MWS\server\test in windows xp operating system. if i start the test server i used the command C:\webMethods7.1.1\MWS\bin>mws -s test run ,
the server test is started in the console showing error that

The webMethods Installation Guide 7.1.x provides detailed instructions about creating the database components BEFORE attempting to install and configure webMethods products that depend on them.
Did you create the required database components first using the DBConfigurator tool?
