Has any one configured Manager tool for wME 411 environment

Hello Gurus,

Has anyone of you configured the wM Manager tool for a wME 4.1.1 environment? If so, what are all the steps you guys followed? How easy it is? Any guidelines on using the same? What about the licensing and all?
