I have a publishing service where we receive the request from the source and based on particular value from the request we will retreive the server details of target from properties file and send the data to that target server.
But My question as we are retrieving my properties file, If the target server is down can we pass the value to the resource monitoring service?
Could you please let me know how to handle transient exception in this case?
