Handling huge volume of Flat file.

Hi All,

I need to process flat file with a huge volume of records(approx. 0.5 million) after extracting from one source and then making it to three separate IDOCs, I need to push them in target systems.
Please let me know if anyone has worked on this type of scenarios and provide me the best solution to do so without affecting the performance issues.
