Got the Launchpad VM running - not what=

I downloaded the VM “webMethods OneData 8.3 Demo VM” from http://launchpad.prod.aws.softwareag.com/
and started the VM player.

Now, what is the password of the Windows users Administrator and webMethods?

And which user and password should be used in the http://localhost:8080/webMethods OneData login prompt?

Does anyone know of a demo guide document that would guide me around in this VM?
