Getting Error while running th service

Hi Team,
we are using the adapter service in the main service and i am getting the errors like:
Cannot execute the SQL statement “”. "
[SIZE=2]COLOR=#000080 [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC]Can’t start a cloned connection while in manual transaction mode."

i have checked the adaper connection,it was enabled…can any suggest me to resolve my issue.
