Getting error DISABLED_CLOUD_CONNECTION

We have an integration deployed on webMethods integration cloud. It was running without any issues till yesterday.Since today morning we are getting error DISABLED_CLOUD_CONNECTION on every API call.

Any help would be appreciated.

The connection at the connector level might have been disabled due to some unforeseen issue. Please check there and try again.

If once after you’ve toggle it and still not working, then I’m suggesting high chance this is some kind of defect in the connector of the Integration Cloud. By then, please raise a ticket for SAG support and they’ll investigate and work with R&D closely about this to find out the root cause.
