What are trying to achieve? Please describe in detail.
I have integration server & designer 10.5. If I apply IS core fix 15 on IS and try to run any service from respective designer which suppose to be failed is showing success message. If I run same services from IS Admin page it fails (expected behavior) or If I debug the same service from designer it fails and shows failure message (expected behavior).
If I downgrade the IS core fix from 15 to 13 all is working as expected. Can you please suggest if I should apply core fix 15 or not?
Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.
We need more information here, could you please let us know or share the screenshot of what kind of error you are seeing in the designer? What kind of service is this? Are there any other components/products involved? Also, when you execute the service, check the server logs and let us know what you see.

This is simple flow service with two steps (exit flow) - This service suppose to fail in designer and show error message.
