I’m extremely new on mainframe environment and have a basic question…
I’m working on Natural Adabas configuration (BS2000 system) and UTM is used as user interface.
From that configuration, I’d simply like to generate a file from a transactional program (TP). Natural senior programmers have told me it was impossible thru UTM, the only way being the use of batch.
Could you confirm me this constrain? If it’s possible, where could I find the information to do it?
Note: The file generate has to be read by another application outside the mainframe
