Failed Process Audit Cache Does Not Exist & Missing Processes in Process Tab

I recently migrated Integration Server (IS), My webMethods Server (MWS), and Universal Messaging (UM) from version 10.1 to 10.15. After the migration, I checked the Process Engine but found that no processes are listed in the Process tab.

Additionally, in the Process Auditing section, I encountered the following error:

“Failed process audit cache does not exist”

I have attached a screenshot of the Process Engine Dashboard for reference.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve this and restore the missing processes?

Hi Reda,

was the new Databace Component Configurator run after the migration to update the Database schema to the new version?
Any messages in the server.log related to this?
