Error while starting Command central console

Hi ,

I am getting this error while starting up command central in one of the development server 9.8. Console getting up but unable to login with Administrator credentials.

The log does not show anything about invalid Administrator credentials.
Are you using default Administrator/manage password?
When was the last time you were able to login?
Are you sure nobody else changed the credentials for the Administrator user?

If this is a development environment and you’re still using CC 9.8, I strongly recommend upgrading it to CC 9.9 (and soon to CC 9.10). As part of the procedure you to set/change your Administrator password and perform migration from 9.8

Hi Varalakshmi,

according to the error messages this looks like configuration or installation issue.

Please consider uninstalling and reinstalling command central.
