Error when opening the process on business console

Hi,

When we open up a process on business console by clicking on [what’s happening now?] on IE 11, the Task Instances information does not show, however in Chrome and Edge, it shows. Also, we get the error attached when clicking on [what’s happening now?].

Kindly assist.

We are able to reproduce the issue internally at SoftwareAG, we will address this in upcoming fix of Business Console.
